WHERE CAN I FIND A SIZING CHART?

Each item will have a size chart provided in the listing.  Please always refer to these size charts when ordering, as sizing does vary between styles.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?

All of A&F's garments should be washed in cold water on the gentle cycle. You may tumble dry on low, but for better results, laying flat to dry is recommended.

 

FABRIC AND PATTERN PLACEMENT
We will always try our best to consciously choose pattern placement when constructing our garments. This does not always mean the fabric placement on your garment will be exactly as shown on our website.
WHERE ARE A&F's GARMENTS MADE?


All of A&F's garments are handmade in the USA. We have a staff of three that work diligently to ethically product our garments by hand. We do occasionally purchase wholesale accessories such as our knee socks and tights to pair with our garments, however, all of our clothing products are handmade by A&F staff.

PROCESSING TIME


Please allow up to three business days to process all RTS (Ready To Ship) items. All other items are made to order, and require  2-3 week production time. Production time is the time it takes to create your items. This does not include shipping time.



SHIPPING OPTIONS

Our default shipping method is via USPS first class shipping. Shipping is ALWAYS free on orders totaling $20 or more (before applicable tax, shipping & fees). You may upgrade to USPS priority shipping at checkout to receive your items faster.

 

DOES A&F RESTOCK ITEMS?

 

We generally do not restock items once they sell out. Occasionally, we will continue to carry an item due to popular demand.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

RTS (Ready To Ship) - Please allow three business days for processing and handling BEFORE your item is shipped. If an RTS item is purchased with a pre-order item, the items will ship together once the entire order is prepared.

Pre-Order items- Please refer to the turnaround time listed in each item's description. If a pre-order item is taking longer than expected to be created, please e-mail us at cs@ailaandfrankie.com

You will receive an e-mail shipping notification once your order has been shipped.

WHAT IS A&F's RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

 


Due to the sensitive handmade nature of the items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item is found to be defected, the customer must notify A&F within 3 days of receiving the item (per shipment delivery date). If an item is found to be defective within this time frame, A&F will allow either an exchange or a return. Exchanges will not be allowed for sizing issues. Please be sure to always refer to the size chart when ordering.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

We do not offer custom orders at this time.
